6 Metabolism-Boosting Foods

We’re still celebrating the New Year over here at Nuts.com, and we want to make sure we’re helping you fulfill your healthy eating resolutions. If you’re making an effort to cook more healthy foods this year, here are a few metabolism-boosting foods for you to try.

1) Nuts

Surprised that nuts are number one on our list? Nuts are a nutrition powerhouse, especially when it comes to boosting your metabolism. For example, almonds have magnesium, a mineral that’s important for a healthy metabolism. Cashews, walnuts, and macadamia nuts are just a few more examples of nuts that will keep you feeling full and energized.

2) Garcinia cambogia

This is a new product we have that’ll help you knock off that holiday weight. Garcinia cambogia is a powder that’s derived from the rind of a small, pumpkin shaped fruit of the same name.
