- In a mixing bowl combine peanut butter, honey and shredded apple. Stir to combine.
- Add 2 cups of puffed quinoa.
- Roll into small (1-inch) round balls.
- In a separate dish roll the round ball in the additional 1 cup puffed quinoa.
