6 Metabolism-Boosting Foods

Surprised that nuts are number one on our list? Nuts are a nutrition powerhouse, especially when it comes to boosting your metabolism. For example, almonds have magnesium, a mineral that’s important for a healthy metabolism. Cashews, walnuts, and macadamia nuts are just a few more examples of nuts that will keep you feeling full and energized.
