Thanksgiving Recipes in Martha Stewart Living Magazine
In the November 2006 issue of Martha Stewart Living, the queen of holiday cooking highlighted NutsOnline as a source for dried pears and pepitas (pumpkin seeds) for several Thanksgiving Day recipes:
- Cranberry-Dried Fruit Stuffing – Requires 9 dried pear halves cut into 1/2-inch pieces, but the recipe also calls for these ingredients that we carry: dried currants, golden raisins, coarsely chopped walnuts, and of course, fresh cranberry! Our dried cranberries can be substituted easily.
- Candied Pepitas – Requires 6 ounces pepitas – Pumpkin Seeds – a perfect topping for holiday pumpkin pie!
