5 Charming (and Easy!) Easter Dessert Recipes

1) Robin Eggs No-Bake Cheesecake
This recipe for mini no-bake cheesecakes from Barbara Bakes makes 12 individual-sized treats that your guests will adore. Each soft and creamy cheesecake sits atop a delicious crust made from crushed graham crackers. For a malted chocolate crunch, Barbara adds chopped Robin Eggs to the cheesecake mixture. 2) Coconut and Chocolate Nests
It’s hard to believe that these dessert nests only require three ingredients! That doesn’t stop them from being tasty and festive. The nests are formed from a combination of shredded coconut and semisweet chocolate chips. The chocolate is melted and the coconut is stirred in at which point the mixture can be poured into a muffin tin and put in the fridge to set.
