5 Perfect Macaroon Recipes

May 31st is National Macaroon Day so we’re celebrating these perfect cookie treats with a few of our favorite macaroon recipes. We’re talking about both the delicate French macarons made from almond flour, and the chewy coconut macaroons made from shredded coconut. Although they have their differences, they’re both delicious treats that deserve a shout-out today!
