Immune Boost Bites

Ward off the winter sniffles? We think this wholesome snack just might do the trick. Our Immune Boost Bites are made with just five naturally delicious ingredients.
Sweetened with our Dried Apricots, Honey and Pitted Dates, these cold busters pack a ton of flavor in one tiny package. Adding to the filling combination of delicious ingredients is a spoonful our Echinacea Powder to stimulate the immune system to bolster the body’s defense system. (Plus, they are pretty dang yummy!)
Ingredients
- 1 cup Pitted Dates
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tsp. Echinacea Powder
- ½ cup Pure Organic Honey
- ½ cup Dried Apricot
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and pulse until the mixture is well combined.
- Then transfer to a storage container or covered bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes for the mixture to firm.
- Remove from the refrigerator, and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls or blocks to form the bites.
- Store the bites in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
