Butterfly-Themed Candy Buffet Takes Flight

Hey there, nutty fans! Are those wedding bells we hear? It’s the season for couples to march down the aisle, and our friend Hila sure takes the cake when it comes to planning special days.

Hila’s buffet featured a delicious assortment of sweets.

Hila recently threw a butterfly-themed wedding shower for her sister and more than 20 guests. She made the event even sweeter by assembling a wedding candy buffet, starring quite a few of NutsOnline’s delicious treats.

Hila’s blue, purple and white wedding candy buffet included some classically delicious selections, such as white chocolate toffee cashews, french vanilla Jelly Belly jelly beans and lavender Jordan almonds. She also snuck in some whimsical gummy blue sharks for good measure! Powder blue Sixlets and pastel purple chocolate covered sunflower seeds rounded out the display.

We just love her beautiful presentation for the big day. Hila used clear glass containers of different sizes and shapes to show off the sweets in the wedding candy buffet. The array of candy looks so tempting that we want to dive right in!

Hila’s sister has always had a sweet tooth, and Hila chose to put more than 1 lb.of candy per guest on the buffet to make sure every shower attendee walked away with a little something extra.

“Days later, I had a friend tell me that she was still munching on candy and thinking about what a great time she had at the shower.  Mission accomplished!” Hila said. Sounds like a great success to us!

Congratulations to Hila on creating that gorgeous wedding candy buffet, and to her sister on the engagement!
